The history of RJP begins with a group of friends who, in April 2004, decided to meet regularly at Pole Mokotowskie in Warsaw and play "frisbee". Initially, The game had practically no rules, but it gave everyone a lot of fun and attracted crowds of friends. For half a year, a lot of people passed through "Pola" - they came and went, but the group, although it changed radically, still held together.
In January 2005 we first heard about ultimate and after some time we started playing with the full rules. Since then, we have been training more and more intensively. We also adopted the name that was once used to describe us on one of the websites. RJP is an abbreviation of Rondo Jazdy Polskiej (Roundabout of the Polish Cavalry), next to which we played. We also developed the letters into the slogan "Razem Jest Pięknie!" ("Together is Beautiful!"), which well reflects the atmosphere in the team.
We have been going to tournaments since May 2005. It started with a trip to Brest in Belarus. Later there was Poznań, Prague, Wrocław, Vienna and so many other cities...
Today we are one of the strongest Polish teams that regularly joins the fight for the highest goals at the Polish Nationals. Nevertheless, we are always open to new players who are welcome to our training sessions.
